Watching the Crew-kids practice was thoroughly impressive! The precision movements required reminded of the micro-movements of golf, paired with the coordination of synchronized swimming or cheer, paired with the strength of rugby. Really, it was thoroughly impressive to watch!
Having said that, there’s no way I’d go and watch as a spectator from the dock or the shoreline. Being out on the launch with the coach was fun; being sidelined as a spectator would be borrrrring :)
