Urban sprawl is bad; intellectual sprawl is good

Stations For Review

Since my colleague is writing the actual Midterm test foI the coming week, given our division of labor, my assignment is lesson planning the Review Day prior to the test. The plan is as follows:

I’ll get loaner iPads from Tech, and have them already setup at each of the three projection sites. Count the class off by threes; ones start at the main screen, twos at West, and threes at East. They do their assigned thing for ten minutes, and then rotate clockwise.

After, pull some chairs out from behind the barriers, let everyone sit, and then ask: “What questions do you have?” If/ when questions die down, allow them to either return to the station that they want to practice more at, or allow ‘independent study time.’

That’s the plan. I make note of it here because we’ve never done something like this before.
