These notes caught my eye this morning while students were studying for a few moments before the Abnormal Psych unit test. The girl who made the notes had been struggling with tests, but when she turned her test in today, she said she felt good about it. The results seem to support that; she scored 45 out of 50 on the multiple-choice, and full credit on the FRQ.
I’ll have to remember this for the next student who struggles in the same way. This student said the mindmap helped her see the relationship between ideas, which made them more memorable.
