In my role as Educational Technologist I am part-time Administration, and as such am subject to the Administrative Evaluations by faculty each year. I always have mixed emotions about receiving these. On the one hand, I hope that I am of service to my colleagues and to the students, and I welcome feedback on the degree to which faculty find me of benefit to them. On the other, receiving feedback from one’s colleagues is always somewhat anxiety inducing.
Below, uneditted, are the results of the Educational Technologist section of the 2013–2014 Administrative Evaluations. I will reserve my reflections for a second post, allowing this feedback from my colleagues to stand on its own for a moment.
