Year-End Performance Review

Below is the written follow-up from my Principal for 2013–2014:

Eric,
Thanks for our end of the year meeting, I appreciated the conversation and talking about the year.
I am grateful for all you do in the classroom and with Ed Tech and realize next year could be your last.  Let’s think about transitions and what that job should look like in the future.

Our meeting was based on my observations, feedback from your Department Chair and the Assistant Principals, your EIT reflections, and other data like the Student Questionnaires.  Below is summary that captures the highlights of our meeting.  If you have any questions or would like to continue our conversation, please let me know.  My door is always open.
Most importantly, thanks for your great work this year and enjoy a well-deserved break this summer.
Thanks,
Patrick
