This is Pam Selle’s talk at Ignite Philly on the topic of work-life balance; she called it Go the fuck home. Her most important reminder to all of us is that we are a factor of production, simply a raw material. Many will object. Some will simply object to the Selle’s word choice in the title, and others will object to teachers being considered a factor of production. Personally, I think she’s right.
